Can’t Even Give Away Money

Wall Street Journal Article that is precisely the problem the West Virginia Law Firm of Bailey & Glasser has. Firm lawyer John Barrett won a $20.4 million class action settlement against Dish Network.  He and his staff are attempting to call members of the class to let them know that they are entitled to between $2400 to $30,000 before attorneys fees.  Problem is that they are being hung up on.

To make matters worse, the reason the firm was calling was that they had less then 8% of the class respond to a letter.
