Two Federal Judges have let attorneys know that Boilerplate Objections merit sanctions. It would be wise to put some thought into responses to discover in the future.
Attorneys should remember that sanctions are not covered by their malpractice insurance policies. So sanctions will cost the attorney both professionally and likely personally.
