She is the chair of the American Bar Association’s Cannabis Law & Policy Committee and a non-resident fellow of the Drug Policy Program at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy. Ms. Pittman presented the American Bar Association’s first marijuana law CLE at its annual meeting in New York City in 2017. She is an appointee to the Texas Department of Agriculture’s Industrial Hemp Advisory Council. Her work has earned her the title “The First Lady of Texas Cannabis Law.” \nAlta Pro applies directly for approval of its webinars in the following states: CO\, GA\, IA\, IL\, IN\, KY\, MI (Michigan Indigent Defense Commission credit)\, MN\, NC\, SC\, OH\, PA\, TN\, TX and WI.
