Tracy Norcross's Profile and Contact Information
Tracy has been an agent at L Squared since 2012. She earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Gender & Health from the University of Michigan in 2014. Prior to graduation from U of M, Tracy spent her summer and winter breaks working full time at L Squared. In addition to being an agent, she trains new staff for various positions and handles the compliance for the company’s agents and the agency. Tracy is a licensed Property & Casualty Agent in 34 states and the District of Columbia.
While at U of M, Tracy was a Research Assistant for the Interdisciplinary Program on Empathy and Altruism Research, looking into the influence of patient education materials on women’s uptake of the HPV vaccine, and for the MACY Projects, mainly researching the relationship between mothers and their children.
In her free time, Tracy enjoys mentoring young women at Pine Rest Mental Health Services and through Sisters In Support (D.A. Blodgett – St. Johns). She has also helped many mothers transition to living with a newborn through MomsBloom. She hopes to take her passion for women and children and apply it towards a Masters in Counseling in the future.
When she’s not working or volunteering, Tracy loves to spend time at Michigan’s Adventure, Cedar Point, and Wamplers Lake.
Tracy is also working towards her RPLU designation.
